Enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, I collect the information you provide, which usually includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Details about your project, problem, or question.

No other data collection

I do not collect analytics, tracking information, behavioural data, or IP addresses for profiling or marketing. This website does not use cookies.

3. How your information is used

I only use your information to:

• Read and respond to your enquiry
• Communicate with you about your request or project.

I do not use your data for marketing.

I may send you a connection request on LinkedIn, or other forms of social media, which you are totally free to decline.

4. Where your information is stored

Your enquiry form submission is sent to and stored in my database, securely hosted on Supabase (AWS eu-west-2, London region).

If we do work together, I may also store relevant notes or communication about our work in:

• Google Keep (Note taking)
• Todoist (Task management)
• Gmail (Email).

These tools are only used for the purposes of managing communication and project work.

5. Security practices

I take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, including encryption and access control wherever possible.

6. Who has access to your information

I do not sell, share or provide your information to anyone outside of Razor Sharp.

I may need to share information if I am legally required to do so (e.g., to comply with law enforcement).

7. How long your information is kept

I keep enquiry form submissions only for as long as they are relevant to respond to you or manage our communication.

If you would like your information removed sooner, please contact me and I will delete it ASAP.

You have the right to:

• Ask what information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete your information
• Ask me to stop using your information
• Request a copy of your data.
